Why I went into orthopedics: “Power tools, fixing bones, getting people back on the trail or playing field…could there be anything better?”

What do I enjoy most about my specialty? “Often times people deal with chronic medical issues that have no ultimate solution without long-term treatments. In orthopedics, I am presented with a problem that, most of the time, can be fixed and totally resolved when treated correctly. I love that about my job.”
